Stavridis to talk about the Assyrian Genocide and the worldwide movement for its recognition by the Republic of Turkey. Born to Greek parents in Cairo Egypt in 1949, Mr. Stavridis migrated to Australia with his parents in 1952. Seyfo Center would like to welcome and congratulate Dr. Henry Theriault for his acceptance to join the Academic Board members. Professor Henry Theriault received his B.A. from Princeton University and his Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Massachusetts. He serves as Associate Professor of philosophy and coordinates the Center for the Study of Human Rights at Worcester State College (Massachusetts, USA). His research interests include genocide, nationalism, and the philosophy of history. This is an interview with Dr. Henry Theirault that was done by Seyfo Center USA Branch to raise awareness on Assyrian Genocide.
