Motionen föreslogs utav ledamöterna i representanthuset Nancy Barto (R), Jennifer Jermaine (D) och Frank Carroll (R). Från Seyfo Center har vi sedan flera månader samarbetat outtröttligt med dessa företrädare för representanthuset. Vi har bidragit med sakkunskap och framfört begäran om erkännandet.
